1952 Chevy Pickup

"The 1948-1953 Chevrolet  Series 3100 half-ton pickups benefited from a redesign that took Chevy trucks into a new era of comfort, convenience, and style. Chevy's restyled "Advance-Design" trucks were introduced in 1947, well ahead of its first new postwar cars, and little changed in appearance through 1953. The basic intent was to provide more room and comfort for occupants. All Advance-Design pickups had a new bench seat accommodating three persons, instead of the old separate seats  and for the first time the seat was adjustable for leg reach."

There are over 100 pictures of this truck in the eBay listing, including detailed exterior, interior, engine, trunk and undercarriage.  Please let them all load on your computer, it will take some time because of the size.

 This is a very nice example of the classic, advance design '52 Chevy pickup with some added modern upgrades. The body is all steel with a 2000 Silverado bed, it has a Camaro sub-frame, a late 70's 307 olds engine with  automatic transmission and rear end. It also has power steering and power brakes. The seats are from a late model Dodge Sebring.  The paint is excellent, as is the interior and the undercarriage is exceptionally clean and dry. The truck is not a hot-rod, just a very nice cruiser that rides, handles and looks terrific and it can be driven anywhere with ease.

Please remember that this car is 58 years old and not perfect.  There is some pitting on some the the exterior trim and the engine could us a good detail.
